The Wyoming Theater Company

IT’S ALIVE! The Wyoming Theater Company is delighted to present its POSTPONED spring production, Young Frankenstein! From the mastermind of Mel Brooks, whose credits include The Producers, Space Balls, and Blazing Saddles, this gift of parody brings alive all the memorable moments of the classic movie while adding new and energetic songs and dances. When Frederick Frankenstein, the grandson of the infamous Victor Frankenstein, inherits his family’s estate in Transylvania, Frederick finds himself accepting his ancestors’ knack for wacky and bizarre science. With the help of his own hunchback side-kick Igor and attractive lab assistant, Inga, he brings to life a creature to rival his grandfather's. When the monster unavoidably escapes, hilarity and folly escalate. This fast-paced, side-splitting musical is certain to leave you in stitches. Performance dates for this PG-13 rated show have been tentatively rescheduled. Tickets for adults are $10 each and $5 for students 18 and under. Tickets may be purchased at the door at the Wyoming Public Schools’ Dan Heintzelman Auditorium at 2125 Wrenwood SW. We hope to have tickets available for sale this Fall by calling the Theater Company box office at 616-530-7590 x2367. Please visit this website for continued updates!
